These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the ek11 platform and all its services. These Terms form a legal agreement between ek11 ("we", "us") and the user of the platform ("you", "member").

By accessing the ek11 website, creating an account, or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

ek11 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Members will be notified in a timely manner of any major changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2.1 Age Requirement

To create an account on ek11, you must be 21 years of age or older. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. We may request identification at any time to verify your age.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. If a single person is found to have multiple accounts, ek11 reserves the right to close those accounts and cancel all bonuses received.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide true, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in the immediate closure of your account and forfeiture of funds.

• Full name as it appears on your national identity card.
• An active and valid mobile number or email address.
• Correct date of birth.
• Payment method details registered in your own name.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

ek11 reserves the right to verify the identity of any member when necessary. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time after a verification request, the account may be temporarily suspended.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details confidential. Do not share your password with any third party, and always log out after using a public device.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact ek11 support immediately. We will never ask for your account details over the phone or through unofficial channels.

You are advised to change your password regularly and use a strong password to keep your account secure. ek11 will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from third-party access.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on ek11: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major commercial banks). ek11 will not be responsible for deposits made through any other method.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
• The deposit account must be registered in the member's own name.
• Deposits made through a third party may be rejected.
• In the case of a fraudulent deposit, the account will be suspended immediately.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process. Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the original deposit.

• All active bonus wagering requirements must be met before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Additional verification may be required for unusual or suspicious transactions.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

ek11 is committed to preventing financial crime. We monitor suspicious transactions and reserve the right to notify the relevant authorities when necessary.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus and you can start playing with a total of ৳2,000; or depositing ৳18,000 gives you the maximum ৳8,000 bonus and a total of ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing the bonus funds.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A new bonus cannot be activated while another bonus is still active, unless stated otherwise.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, ek11 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and conduct an investigation.
• Each promotion may have its own specific terms, which will be detailed on that promotion's page.
• Bonuses are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred to another account.
• ek11 reserves the right to modify or cancel the bonus program at any time.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are considered final once confirmed. ek11 reserves the right to cancel bets that were incorrectly confirmed due to a technical error. In the event of a cancellation, the original bet amount will be refunded.

6.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers various types of markets, such as match results, total runs, wicket markets, and more. Specific rules for each market can be found in the relevant section. The outcome of sporting events will be determined in accordance with the decisions of the relevant governing body.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games available on ek11 are operated by third-party game providers. Game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator), which ensures fairness. The game provider's own rules also apply.

6.4 Live Casino

Live casino games are played with real-time dealers. In the event of a disconnection, ek11 will review the session data and make a decision accordingly. The dealer's decision is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Obtaining or misusing bonuses through fraudulent means.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Using another person's account or playing on behalf of a third party.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any other automated method.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors on the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing other members or misconduct toward platform staff.
• Filing fraudulent chargebacks with a payment provider.
• Coordinated or group betting (arbitrage or syndicate betting).

ek11's decision on any prohibited activity is final. The right to take legal action upon evidence of fraud is also reserved.

All content on the ek11 platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other elements — is the intellectual property of ek11. Copying, modifying, distributing, or using any of it for commercial purposes without written permission is prohibited.

Content from third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, etc.) is their own property and is protected by their respective license agreements.

Unauthorized use of ek11's trademarks or brand identity is punishable by law.

ek11 makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, ek11's liability is limited in the following cases:

• Issues arising from third-party services (payment gateways, game providers).
• Internet disconnection or problems caused by the user's device.
• Losses caused by the user's own negligence or intentional error.
• Unforeseen technical failures or cyberattacks.
• Any circumstances beyond ek11's control (Force Majeure).

ek11 does not guarantee a specific outcome for any game or bet. The outcome of each game depends on chance or skill.

10.1 Suspension by ek11

ek11 may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Carrying out any one of the prohibited activities.
• Legal or regulatory requirements.

10.2 Voluntary Closure

You may close your account at any time. If the conditions of any active bonus are not met before account closure, that bonus will be cancelled. Any funds remaining in the account will be returned via the previously designated payment method, subject to conditions.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

By creating an account, you also consent to our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is an integral part of these Terms.

Personal information may be shared with the relevant authorities when required by law or for security purposes.

ek11 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. In the case of important changes, an effort will be made to notify members through their registered contact method.

Continuing to use the platform after an update means you agree to the new terms. It is therefore recommended that you read this page on each visit.

12.2 Entire Agreement

These terms, the privacy policy, and the specific terms of each promotion together form the entire agreement between ek11 and the member. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining parts will remain in effect.
